After the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, it was clear that employees and their families had to be protected in order to maintain secure and stable network operations. Widespread infections had to be prevented, especially among the operators in the network control centers. These experts are specifically trained for their role, have a great deal of experience, and cannot be replaced at short notice.
